Past, present and future of the Museum. That was the idea behind the creative process of this composition.

90 years after the foundation of The National Automobile Museum, this special publication tells its story, the evolution of its design, its location and its stunning car collection.

For this particular project I wanted to find a creative approach that could match the various aspect that make MAUTO unique. An homage to its past, its present and its future. I had the idea of combining this theme by using different live photographic techniques, avoiding to use the multi-shot compositions as much as possible.

I had the idea of blending the architecture ( so the museum itself ) and the car in a single shot. Using a light not just for lighting but also to create shapes that could elevate the composition and the concept itself.

To catch the theme mood I used the concept of "retrò science fiction" conceiving an image that could talk about a future in the way that it was portrayed in the past. A future past in a present environment.

I am not sure it makes much sense to you, but the MAUTO Team loved it, and I hope you will like the compositions too.
